Aldersgate: Rates for 2010 / 2011

Minimums

10 person minimum for the Garden Level.
(Garden level sleeps 16)
20 person minimum for the Main/Upper Level.
(Main level sleeps 28)
28 person minimum for exclusive use of the whole facility.

Maximums

The Retreat Center has 44 beds 4 of them double beds.
Additional sleeping on air beds (4) and futons (2)
Meeting (day use) and meal maximums depend on area used--call for more information.

Full Usage Rates

With Meal Service of the entire Retreat House with minimum of 28 people.

1 Night, 3 Meals = $102 (2010) / $105 (2011) for shared service, $132 (2010) / $135 (2011)for full service

2 Nights, 5 Meals = $188 (2010) / $190 (2011) for shared service, $218 (2010) / $220 (2011) for full service

Each additional night with 3 meals = $98 (2010) / $100 (2011) for shared service, $118 (2010) / $120 (2011) for full

What is Full Service? Aldersgate makes beds before arrival and strips beds after departure. Aldersgate takes care of all meal clean-up.

What is Shared Service? Guests make their beds upon arrival, strip their beds upon departure. Guests help with meal clean up (bring dishes to bus cart).

$65 per night (2010) / $70 per night (2011)

With Meal Service

1 Night, 3 Meals =$113 (2010) / $115 (2011) for shared service, $143 (2010) / $145 (2011) for full service

2 Nights, 5 Meals =$203 (2010) / $205 (2011) for shared service, $233 (2010) / $235 (2011) for full service

Each additional night with 3 meals = $103 (2010) / $105 (2011) for shared service, $133 (2010) / $135 (2011) for full service

Meetings / Day Usage (mid-week only)

Full day package = $36 per person

8-hour time slot Mon-Thurs. Includes lunch, beverage and coffee service. Additional hours: $50 per hour.

Half day package = $15 per person

4-hour time slot Mon-Fri. Includes beverage and coffee service. Meals available at additional cost. Additional hours: $50 per hour.
